HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Click on the image you would like to return 
  • Select and confirm the reason for your return 
  • You may select exchange for a new size or return for a refund
  • Click complete return at the bottom of the page 
  • Click confirm 
  • You're all set. Download your label or QR code and send it back! **Please note QR codes are accessible for the first 24 hours after processing your return.

FINAL SALE POLICY 
Final sale items are labeled in red on their product pages and in checkout. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please reach out to our Customer Care team before placing your Final Sale purchase - customercare@beyondyoga.com

 

RETURNS POLICY

U.S.A. ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, any item purchased at Poshura.com and accompanied by a receipt can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. 

  • Items purchased online may be returned by mail or in-store.
  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns made without receipt or proof of purchase will not be accepted. 
  • Returns accompanied by a gift receipt may only be refunded to a gift card. 
  • All garments must have original tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with no alterations to qualify for return, exchange in size, or gift card. 
  • One-time price adjustments can be made on all full-price items to reflect sale prices and discounts within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt to be eligible. 
  • At this time, Poshura does not provide free international return shipping.
  • Items outside of the 30-day return window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be approved at Poshura's discretion.  

U.S.A. IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, any item purchased in Beyond Yoga stores  and accompanied by a receipt can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. 

  • In-store retail purchases may only be returned in-store and may not be returned by mail. 
  • All garments must have tags attached to be approved for an in-store return. 
  • Poshura stores do not permit exchanges at this time. All items returned to stores are eligible for refund or gift card only.
  • Items outside of the 30-day return window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be approved at Poshura's discretion.  

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY 
Poshura does not provide free international return shipping. You may return your order for a refund using any return shipping method most convenient to you. We ask that customers hold on to their return tracking number until the return is confirmed to be successfully delivered to the Poshura warehouse. Please allow 15 days for the return to completely process and refund to the original form of payment. Shipping/duties and taxes are not refundable. 

RETURN FOR REFUND You may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 15 days from the day of return delivery for the return to process and the refund to post to your credit card. 

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE 

You may return your order purchased online for an exchange in size within 30 days of purchase. Your exchange order will be sent for processing once your return is received by our processing warehouse. Exchanges for new colors or styles are not permitted. If you would like to exchange for a different style or color, please complete a return for a refund and place a new order.  Discounts will not transfer to new orders. Exchanges are not accepted in-store.  

ONLINE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS

Prepaid return labels and QR codes are provided for all U.S.A. returns. Return labels are specific to your return and only the approved items should be included in the return package. Please do not combine returns or it will result in delayed processing. We use USPS to allow for easy drop-off and delivery back to our warehouse.

You have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a request to return your order. We suggest you try your Poshura order on and walk around to find if the fit is exactly what you are looking for! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply click the return link to begin a return request. You may also reach out to the care team for assistance. 

*Please contact Customer Care if any items in your order appear to have manufacturing defects.   

LATE RETURN POLICY 
Your return request should be initiated within 30 days of placing your order. Return requests outside of this timeframe will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to acceptance at the discretion of Poshura.
